About ViTech

Over 30 years experience across different generations of tech.

ViTech is led by Nigel Purvis, a specialist in practical business systems for SMEs.

Nigel has worked across different generations of technology and system design, giving him a level of perspective that many technical providers do not have. He understands not just how to build systems, but how businesses evolve into needing them.

That matters.

Outgrowing Systems.

Because most businesses do not suddenly wake up and decide they need a new system.

Usually, they reach a point where the current way of working is becoming too fragmented, too manual or too dependent on spreadsheets. There is friction. There is inefficiency. There is a sense that the business has outgrown the setup that once worked well enough.

That is where ViTech comes in.

Practical Approach.

Nigel’s approach is grounded and practical.

He is not interested in technology for the sake of it. He is interested in creating systems that solve real business problems and support the way a business actually operates.
That is one of the reasons he likes to meet clients, go on-site and see the workflow in context.

A lot of technical services now happen entirely at a distance. Nigel prefers to understand the business properly. Seeing how things work in the real world often reveals the friction points much faster than a remote discovery call ever could.

That practical understanding leads to better systems.

Another important point is that clients deal directly with Nigel. There are no layers between the conversation, the understanding and the build. The person working out the business logic is the same person designing and delivering the solution.

That continuity creates trust and it usually leads to better outcomes.

Client Ownership.

All ViTech solutions are built using Microsoft Power Platform. This gives clients flexibility and ownership, while still allowing solutions to be tailored around the business.

That ownership matters to Nigel.

“I don’t believe in building systems that tie clients in. The system should belong to the client.” — Nigel Purvis

This means the client is not trapped in a relationship they cannot move on from. If the business changes, grows or wants another specialist involved in future, the solution can go with them.

That is how it should be.

When he is not solving system logic or helping businesses work more effectively, Nigel enjoys time away from the screen and often with his dog Max.

The person behind ViTech.

When he’s away from the screen, you’ll usually find Nigel out with his Cavapoo, Max, on his bike, enjoying a round of golf, experimenting in the kitchen or learning something new.

He has a genuine passion for continually developing his knowledge and is always looking for better ways to solve business challenges.

He believes technology should simplify a business, not complicate it. The best solutions remove friction, save time and give people the confidence to focus on what they do best.
